Nina Drejerska, PhD works as a researcher and academic teacher at the Institute of Economics and Finance, Warsaw University of Life Sciences-SGGW. Her main research interests are regional development, labour economics, bio- and circular economy. She has more than 20 years of experience in analysis and reporting on economic and business issues, 10 international projects and several national projects. As a result, she has published a hundred of original papers and book chapters as well as two books. She has been a reviewer and a guest co-editor for several international journals, an editor and co-editor of three monographs.

Mariantonietta Fiore

Mariantonietta Fiore is a full professor in Agricultural economics at UNIFG (Italy). She is a Fellow of the EuroMed Academy of Business and held several positions as an Expert at Italy Ministries. M. Fiore has gained over 15 scientific awards. She is a member of the Board of Directors of AIQUAV, was one of the Directors of the IFAMA, and is currently a member of the IFAMA Europe chapter.
Fedele Colantuono

Fedele Colantuono is a project manager at the Department of Economics of the University of Foggia. He got a PhD on “Management of Innovation in the Agricultural and Food Systems of the Mediterranean Region” and worked in different important R&D environments in Italy and abroad. Fedele then focused his competencies on EU project management and has been involved in research activities and management of different projects related to the agrifood systems (R&D, innovations, rural development, new trends and international cooperation), economics, health, and education. His recent international networking experience is related to the Horizon projects COREnet and SKIN, as well as SAFETY and STAND projects under the Erasmus+ program.

He is the President of the EuroMed Academy of Business and the Managing Director of Gnosis Mediterranean Institute for Management Science, the Founding Editor and Editor in Chief of the EuroMed Journal of Business, an Associate Editor of the International Marketing Review, an Associate Editor of the Journal of Business Research, a Consulting Editor of the Journal of International Management, an Associate Editor of the Journal of Strategic Marketing, a Senior Advisor of the International Studies of Management & Organization, a Senior Associate Editor of the FIIB Business Review and an editorial advisory board member in numerous academic and scientific marketing, management and business-related journals. He has published widely in over 300 refereed journal articles, 50 books and 80 chapters in books, and has presented papers to over 80 conferences around the globe. He is the Director of Gnosis Mediterranean Institute for Management Science, the Chief Editor of Palgrave Intersections of Business and the Sciences, the Managing Editor of Palgrave Studies in Cross-disciplinary Business Research, an Associate Editor of EuroMed Journal of Business, and a Senior Research Fellow of the EuroMed Academy of Business. He has edited and published in numerous internationally esteemed scientific journals and books, and his works have been cited in thousands of scientific publications. He further retains strong ties with industry, acting also as a consultant, and holding the prominent professional qualifications of Chartered Marketer (FCIM), Chartered Construction Manager (FCIOB) and Chartered Management Consultancy Surveyor (MRICS).
Stelios Stylianou

Dr. Stylianou holds a bachelor’s degree in social and Political Science, from the University of Cyprus, and has also obtained a Postgraduate tittle in Sociology from the City University in London. He holds PhD in Sociology from the University of Cyprus. He has worked for RTD TALOS as the Director of Tenders Department for fifteen years being responsible not only for the submission of proposals but also for the management and coordination of Local and European Research and Development projects, targeting mainly NGO’s and small and medium-sized enterprises. Currently at University of Nicosia he is holding the position of the Head of Funded Research Administration for GNOSIS Research Center and he oversees the management and implementation of European and national research projects. He is very active in social affairs, and he is member in several social NGO’s.
George Yiapanas

Dr. Yiapanas holds a Ph.D. in Sports Management from the University of Nicosia, an MA degree in Management, a degree in Accounting, and Certificates in Football Management and in Security Management. He is currently appointed by the University of Nicosia as an Adjunct Faculty, and by the University of Roehampton, UK, as a lecturer, in the fields of strategic planning and sustainable strategic management. He is also a Fellow Researcher at GNOSIS Mediterranean Institute for Management Science and publishes scientific works in peer reviewed journals and books in the field of Strategic and Sports Marketing and Management. Dr. Yiapanas is the Finance Manager of GSP Stadium in Nicosia, Cyprus, with more than twenty years of experience in the sports industry. He is a qualified stadium safety manager, a certified trainer for stadium stewards by the UEFA Stadium and Security Unit, a board member of the Cyprus Association for Sports Management, a Fellow member of the EuroMed Research Business Institute. He has also served as a member of the Parallel Parliament of Cyprus through direct appointment by the President of the House of Representatives.

With substantial experience as a Project Manager and Researcher, she has worked with cross-functional, international partners in interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral projects. Pamela Burnard

Pamela Burnard is Professor of Arts, Creativities and Educations at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge. She has published widely with 20 books and over 100 articles which advance the theory of multiple creativities across education sectors including early years, primary, secondary, further and higher education, through to creative and cultural industries. She is co-editor of the journal Thinking Skills and Creativity. Her most recent books include ‘Why Sciences and Arts Creativities Matter’ (Brill-i-Sense, 2020), ‘Doing Rebellious Research in and beyond the Academy’’ (Brill-i-Sense, 2022) and ‘The Routledge Companion to Creativities’ (Routledge, 2023). Her most recent journal article is ‘Sensing bodies: Transdisciplinary enactments of ‘thing-power’ and ‘making-with’ for educational future making’ soon to be published in Digital Culture and Education Journal (2023) Current funded projects include ‘Choices, Chances and Transitions around Creative Further and Higher Education’ (The Nuffield Trust) and ‘Contemporary Urban Musics Inclusion Network’ (Arts and Humanities Research Council). She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, UK and Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Creativity and Innovation (ISSCI).

Sandra Filipe holds a PhD in Marketing. She is a Coordinating Professor at the Institute of Accounting and Administration of the University of Aveiro and a full researcher in the Competitiveness, Governance, and Public Policies (GOVCOPP) research unit.
As a researcher, she participated in 6 Projects: CL4BIO – Creative learning for boosting bio-economy within HEIs’ curricula; PROMENT- Promoting professional education and students engagement through comprehensive mentoring and tutoring system at HEIs; AGENDA NEXUS; CARE – Consumer Awareness for Responsibility to Environment; Fair Food for a Smart Life; + PRO – Measure, Articulate, and Value Professional Education in Portugal.
She has published several papers in international journals and book chapters, and authored more than 80 papers presented at recognized conferences. Her main current research interests include consumer behaviour, relationship marketing, sustainability marketing, corporate social responsibility, digital marketing, tourism, innovation on education.

Rui Pedro Marques

Rui Pedro Marques obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2014 from the Universities of Minho, Aveiro, and Porto, Portugal. His academic credentials also include a Master’s degree completed in 2008 and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Aveiro in 2005.
Since 2007, Marques has been a Professor at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration, University of Aveiro, where he teaches Information Systems courses across technical professional, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs. He also supervises master’s dissertations and Ph.D. theses. Marques holds a board position at the Institute of Accounting and Administration, University of Aveiro, and is the course director of the Professional Higher Technical Course in Organizational Informatics and Communication.
He is a Full Researcher at GOVCOPP – The Research Unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies, within the Research Group on Competitiveness, Innovation, and Sustainability (CIS). He is engaged in funded research projects and his publication record includes editing books, contributing to indexed international journals, book chapters, and presenting at international conferences. Marques is also editor-in-chief at the International Journal of Business Innovation. His research is mainly focused on Information Systems for Business with recent projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Business Intelligence applications in business.

Christine Karaoghlanian has recently acquired an MSc in Green and Digital Management from the University of Limassol. Additionally, she holds a BSc in Geography from Sussex University and an MSc in Sustainable Cities from King’s College London. She is particularly interested in areas concerning the environment and public health.
Efrosyni Savva

Efrosyni Savva holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Archaeology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s degree in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations from the University of Cyprus. She has been actively involved in the management and coordination of EU-funded projects for the past three years, with experience across various Erasmus+ actions, including KA2, Sports, Forward-Looking, and Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE).
She currently serves as a Project Manager at GNOSIS Mediterranean Institute for Management Science, where she supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of European research and innovation projects, fostering collaboration across diverse sectors and contributing to the achievement of strategic project goals.

Antonia Symeonidou
Antonia Symeonidou is a creative learning educator, entrepreneur, and Bioengineering PhD from the University of Cambridge, with a multidisciplinary career at the intersection of science, education, and innovation. She is the founder of the Cambridge Innovation Hub, where she leads initiatives that blend engineering, illusion, and storytelling to foster wonder-driven learning. Antonia has developed over 800 hours of teaching material and delivered more than 200 talks worldwide, spanning technical topics, soft skills, and future-focused education. Her work includes university-level course design, museum exhibit design, and the creation of “Stuporism”—a new movement promoting curiosity-led exploration across disciplines. In parallel, she retains strong ties with the international trade and supply chain finance industry, acting as a consultant and project manager allying with investors to efficiently channel funds into targeted industries and markets.
