Best Teaching Portfolio

The official announcement of the Best Teaching Portfolio Challenge took place during a prestigious international academic event, ensuring high visibility and impact. The winners of The Good Teaching Portfolio Challenge were presented during the Special Session “Creative Learning for Boosting Bio-economy within HEIs’ Curricula”, organised within the framework of the 18th Annual EuroMed Academy of Business Conference, held in Porto from 10 to 12 September.

The Challenge recognised three outstanding educators. Among the winners was Professor Maria Conceição Tavares, acknowledged for excellence in teaching and innovative educational practice. Professor Justyna Franc-Dąbrowska from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) was also named a winner, in recognition of her significant contribution to creative and student-centred learning within higher education. In addition, the award granted to Nino Adamashvili, initially affiliated with Georgian Technical University and later with the University of Palermo, was formally conferred through the partner institution acting as the contact university, the University of Foggia. 

n this way, the initiative not only celebrated individual achievements but also contributed to raising awareness of effective, creative and student-centred teaching in higher education, fully aligned with the objectives of Erasmus+ and the CL4BIO project.
