Paulina is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Economics and Finance, Warsaw University of Life Sciences 🇵🇱.
Her expertise lies in the fields of the labour market, professional activity, and marketing. In her research, she also investigates consumer behaviour in a changing economy, particularly under the influence of economic, social, and climatic factors, offering valuable insights into how societies adapt in times of transition.
