CL4Bio presented as an inspiration for Smart Villages

The principal concepts of the project “Creative Learning for Boosting Bio-Economy within HEIs’ Curricula” were introduced during the seminar devoted to the project “Implementation of the Smart Villages concept in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship” (Poland). The seminar gathered representatives of local and regional authorities, entrepreneurs, farmers, non-governmental organisations (including local action groups) and scientists implementing the project on smart villages. Deliberations centred on the imperative need to invest in fundamental information technology infrastructure and cultivate the essential aptitudes needed to harness the full potential of information technology solutions in the realisation of the smart village vision. Innovative pedagogy, including creative learning, could offer valuable support in facilitating this transformative undertaking for the sustainable development of rural areas.
