Based at the Universidad Nacional San Agustín de Arequipa in Peru 🇵🇪, Yezelia’s academic work focuses on institutional capacity, social capital, and power in territorial governance, with a particular emphasis on the Arequipa region.
She plays an active role in research, teaching, and academic development, advancing knowledge and practice in governance and regional development.
