Creative Chances and Choices
"Creative Chances and Choices" is a research project that investigates how young people navigate key transition points into and beyond further and higher education as they pursue pathways into the creative industries. It aims to understand the decisions they make, the opportunities available to them, and the structural challenges they face in accessing creative careers. As the creative sector becomes an increasingly vital part of the UK economy, the project addresses the complexities of entering a field marked by non-linear routes, precarious employment, and significant disparities related to gender, geography, and socio-economic background. By examining these dynamics, the project seeks to inform more inclusive and effective support for young people aspiring to creative futures.

FOEBE Plus Erasmus Plus
The general approach of FOEBE revolves around a blended learning format that combines e-learning and face-to-face sessions, with an emphasis on innovative pedagogical practices. FOEBE will offer a suite of modules that students enrolled in bioeconomy Master’s, or PhD programmes can attend as extra or elective courses. This results in an “enhanced curriculum” whose add-on modules are flexible enough to be compatible with the graduate curricula currently offered in European HEIs.

This project aims to explore the applicability of elements included in the ESG in the EQAVET framework and vice versa. There is no systematic exchange between the two systems, although there are certain similarities between them. It will build upon the transnational approach through predecessor projects in the EQAVET field, such as EQAVET in Practice, QSE-VET, QC-VET implemented by members of the project team, which have been exploring, testing, and implemented tools and guidelines in the EQAVET framework for improved VET practice.
